Program Description:

enjoy a high paced, active game exploring Silver Lake’s ways of using and saving energy. This is a great game to help students understand why we should care and ways they can help care for our environment. Along the journey students will explore areas around camp such as our recycling system, solar panels, gardens, worm composting, water sources and our wood burning oven.

uses of energy and natural resources, and suggest ways to reduce these impacts
3.2 identify renewable and non-renewable sources of energy (e.g., renewable: sun, wind, ocean waves and tides, wood; non-renewable: fossil fuels such as coal and natural gas)
